• No picture symptoms can include "I see the information bar but the rest of my screen is black." (See the picture to the left)
• No picture symptoms can also include a totally black screen, but you do have audio

Unplug your Cable or Satellite Box from Electricity.  Do not just turn it off and on again, instead find the electrical cord and unplug it from the electrical wall outlet.  After a couple minutes plug it back in and let it reboot.  On Cable boxes when you see the clock appear you will need to turn your Cable box back on. 

• No Audio Symptoms can include having a perfectly fine picture, & being able to change channels but having no Audio on any of the channels 
• No Audio Symptoms can also still happen even if you turn on and off your Cable/Satellite box and TV

• Voice Search symptoms can include pushing the microphone button and not seeing any search bar on the TV, and also not seeing a red light above the microphone button
  
• Voice Search symptoms can also include being able to talk to your TV but nothing appears in the search result

Press and HOLD the Green Power button down on your black Sony TV Remote. Hold this button down between 5 & 10 seconds. You will either see your TV shut off and then restart, or a message appear asking if you would like to restart your TV.  If your TV shuts down without the message, let go of the green power button.  If this does not take care of the problem, find the TV power cord and unplug it from electricity. After a couple minutes plug it back in and then turn on your TV.
